Our website philosophy:
We are trying to fill a niche by providing a web presence for people who can't afford the exorbitant costs that most website design companies require to make a profit. We try to build functional, beautiful websites that load quickly and do the job they were designed to do - provide information and promote products and services.

Design and Copy -
We will design the site layout and all the graphics needed for the site. We will scan photographs that you send to us for inclusion on the website and we will optimize them for web use. We will include all the copy that you send us - we do not write copy, we will need to be provided with all the copy that you want included on the website.

Search Engine Optimization - SEO
SEO is included within the build stage and we will promote the website and submit it to search engines with our Website Promotion Software package.

Website Maintenance & Hosting -
We do not charge for site updates and additional changes (unless the site is extremely busy in which case certain additional charges may be forthcoming depending on requirements). We try and find the best hosting options available - prices range according to requirements.

In addition to all of the above we provide reciprocal links to our business site. We advertise our own site and through our site we advertise all our client's sites.

Database cms driven websites

Design
We will design the website in accordance with any preferential colour schemes you may want us to use (a cms driven website will be built using the Joomla cms system and the Joomla template will be customised to your colour schemes and graphics). The WC3 standards automatically apply using Joomla.

Search Engine Optimization - SEO
SEO is included within the build stage and we will promote the website and submit it to search engines with our Website Promotion Software package.

Content Management Systems - CMS
We only build content management systems based on the Joomla system. We will customise the Joomla system to your needs (we can provide you with an additional quote for a completely custom built cms system; it will be substantially more expensive).

Template driven design
We use a standard Joomla template which will be customised to your chosen colour schemes and graphics. Should you need to change the design in the future then that would need an additional quote for the re-design (we can provide you with an additional quote for a completely custom built design template; it will be substantially more expensive).

Additional Benefits
We will include an administrator interface from where the website can be managed.
We will continue with SEO initiatives after the launch of the site which will include a link trader program and a keyword ranking check every 3 months.
We will include full gold status advertising benefits on all relevant websites within our portfolio, including our forum (this would at present include an advertising presence on 6 independent websites).

We assure you that we will do our utmost to provide you with a product that will fulfil the requirements as laid out by you to your full satisfaction. You will receive excellent value for your investment in us.

Other services costs
We do chanrge a general annual maintenance fee which will include:
Annual hosting.
Domain renewal.
SEO for the annual period.
Link Trading.
Uploading new content (as provided by you).
Problem solving.
Email support.

Additional Maintenance
Additional maintenance will cost R 200, 00 per hour.
However the annual maintenance should cover all your maintenance needs.

Delivery Time
We would expect to complete the website within three weeks of payment received, however this depends on us being provided with all content, information and pictures (this is a very rough guide).
